This Project is about creating an incredible open and inviting luxury condo building. We want to provide expansive views to the water and the city, while flooding the duplex units with natural light. We have design the spaces for public areas in the units to be fully transparent while private spaces are pull away from public view but still allow for the occupants to experience the views.
