When designing the 192-unit affordable housing project we focused on the occupants and what the space will mean to them. It is important to design a space that has clean lines, highlight views of the surrounding nature, and allow large amounts of natural light. We focused on having every two-bedroom unit to have a large window within every room. We created a neighborhood feel by using walking paths and a water feature throughout the site.
